Responsibilities
Utilize advanced design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts and strategies
Lead user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on efficiency, utility, and value perception
Partner with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design visually appealing, responsive, and accessible interfaces
Lead the refinement of designs based on stakeholder feedback and user data to continuously improve the user experience
Prepare and review comprehensive UX documentation, including user personas and journey maps
Provide oversight to ensure all digital products remain consistent with brand identity and global accessibility standards
Stay current with industry trends and coach team members on UX best practices and standard methodologies
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in UX/Product Design
High proficiency in product design and prototyping tools
In-depth knowledge of user testing software
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-layered projects and solve difficult design challenges independently
Strong ability to influence policies and procedures and communicate design strategies to diverse stakeholders
Preferred
5+ years of relevant work experience in UX/Product Design
