Master-level CNC programmers with strong Mastercam experience
Deep experience with 3-, 4-, and/or 5-axis toolpaths
Comfortable splitting time between CAM programming and machine-side prove-outs
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
Experience in high-mix/low-volume, or tight-tolerance machining environments preferred
