Responsibilities
Assist in preparing accurate quotes and pricing based on technical specifications, customer needs, and historical data
Partner with two to three outside sales representatives to provide administrative and operational support for quoting and order tracking
Leverage TASSCO’s ERP system to manage quotes, track orders, and analyze project data
Facilitate smooth interactions between internal teams and customers by providing updates on orders and addressing inquiries
Work closely with the estimating team to support large projects and ensure timely follow-ups on quotes and order progress
Identify opportunities to streamline quoting, order entry, and workflow processes for increased efficiency
Coordinate with sales, estimating, and production teams to ensure alignment and project success
Monitor key sales and quoting metrics, such as quote turnaround time and win rate, to assess trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
1-2+ years of experience in sales, project coordination, or a similar role
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, tools, and workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
