Qualis1 Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Platform Architect to define, design, and govern enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. This role will lead AI architecture strategy, establish standards, and guide the implementation of modern AI platforms with a strong focus on LLMs and cloud-based deployments.

Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end AI solution architecture for enterprise AI initiatives
Establish the vision, standards, and best practices for AI and GenAI platforms
Design and guide implementation of Generative AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs)
Architect solutions using AI frameworks, vector databases, and cloud-native services
Drive adoption of Responsible AI practices, including governance, risk mitigation, and ethical AI implementation
Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align AI architecture with business goals
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across AI programs and initiatives

Required

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
8+ years of experience in software architecture, AI, or advanced analytics roles
Strong expertise in AI and Generative AI technologies, including: Large Language Models (LLMs), GenAI frameworks, Vector databases
Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI deployments
Proven experience defining enterprise AI architecture, standards, and governance
Experience implementing Responsible AI strategies across enterprise environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments
Prior experience leading enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives
