Paramount Pictures is a leading film studio known for its iconic movies and innovative storytelling. The Strategy and Insights team is seeking an MBA intern to assist in synthesizing data, conducting research, and analyzing market trends to support decision-making throughout the movie lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Synthesize large amounts of quantitative data, telling a story based on the insights and succinctly summarizing the results for stakeholders across the studio
Research and design custom landscape and brand DNA studies to help inform production and marketing understanding of upcoming or post-released IP-driven movies
Attend and contribute to analysis from screenings and focus groups, building a strong skillset in qualitative analysis
Assess and synthesize findings on market and genre trends in the film industry

Required

A great communicator, a team player, and someone with a deep passion for film
Comfort with synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative information
Strong PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint
Data visualization skills (Tableau) or additional statistics platforms (SPSS) preferred
You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June
Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis
Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships
