They are seeking a Renewals Account Executive to oversee client renewals, discover growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction by aligning clients' needs with appropriate financing options.

Responsibilities

You will work with our existing customer base speaking with business owners and their representatives to align their needs for capital with the appropriate financing option(s)
You will receive and cultivate your own book of business (i.e., no cold calling), communicating with merchants throughout the day to gather information and utilize Salesforce to organize and update those interactions
You will collaborate with a team of experienced sales leaders, learning and evolving a core set of sales strategies and techniques through ongoing training and development

Required

Possess a closer mindset who is motivated by financial success
A track record of exceeding quotas and achieving KPIs on a consistent basis
High integrity, positive attitude, maturity and a willingness to learn, grow and be coached by a team of experienced sales professionals
Strong active listening skills and capacity to ask probing questions
Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment and thrive under pressure
Desire to be financially successful with the work ethic that matches

Preferred

2-5 years of experience in previous inside sales role(s) preferred (renewals experience a huge plus)
Proficient use of MS Office Suite, Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
