Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and testing of automated systems and control solutions
Collaborate with engineers to program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems
Support installation and commissioning of automation equipment on the production floor or lab environment
Document wiring diagrams, schematics, and control logic using CAD or related tools
Perform data analysis and report on system performance to identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities
Participate in safety reviews and help ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing processes

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar disciplines
Completed at least 2 years of undergraduate studies
Basic knowledge of PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMIs, sensors, actuators, and industrial networks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to assignment target start date

Preferred

Familiarity with programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Python, or C/C++ is a plus
Motivated individual who are willing to learn and be ready to work
Previous working experience in any field
