Responsibilities
Lead and participate in the negotiation of commercial leases, ensuring terms align with client objectives. Draft, review, and revise lease agreements addressing rent, maintenance, options, renewals, and other key provisions
Oversee due diligence for property acquisitions, including title review, zoning, environmental assessments, and risk evaluation
Manage all aspects of commercial property purchase and sale transactions, including contract drafting, negotiation, and advising on financing arrangements
Provide clients with strategic legal guidance and collaborate to meet their objectives
Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity
Collaborate with other attorneys in a supportive, collegial environment
Qualification
Required
3-8 years of experience in real estate transactional law
Strong communication, analytical, drafting, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage real estate transactions and meet deadlines
