Responsibilities

Manage onboarding and NMLS licensing for all incoming loan officers and branches

Guide new hires through background checks, fingerprinting, documentation, and state-specific licensing requirements

Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure onboarding timelines are met

Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensing records in company systems

Liaise with compliance and legal teams to verify eligibility and regulatory adherence

Provide clear communication and support to new hires throughout the process

Track onboarding progress and generate weekly reports for leadership

Continuously improve onboarding workflows to support scale and efficiency
