Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies for SAP projects
Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption
Create and manage communication plans to facilitate organizational change
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles and frameworks
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with a focus on change enablement and training
Expertise in training strategy development, curriculum design, and delivery for SAP projects
Preferred
Familiarity with SAP Enable Now or similar tools for content creation and end-user training
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops
Ability to design communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and adoption roadmaps
