Responsibilities
Assist in planning and designing business processes and formulate recommendations to support business activities
Analyze and document client requirements; communicate these to technical teams using conceptual data/process models, data dictionaries, and volume estimates
Create and execute basic test scenarios to verify that system designs meet client needs; analyze test results across various project phases
Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, explore solutions, and conduct technical reviews to ensure the 'intent of change' is maintained
Develop and modify systems requirements documentation to meet evolving client needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
3+ years of Business Analysis experience
Proven experience working at the interface of IT and functional business groups
Experience with business process re-engineering and a foundational understanding of computer programming concepts/languages
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills with the ability to multitask in a team environment
Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders
