Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end sales for Databricks and Data AI solutions across enterprise accounts
Build and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy aligned with Databricks, cloud partners, and Xebia leadership
Achieve and exceed annual revenue and pipeline targets
Identify whitespace opportunities and expand footprint within existing strategic accounts
Build strong relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, Heads of Data & Analytics
Position Xebia as a trusted advisor for Data Modernization, AI, ML, and Lakehouse initiatives
Lead executive-level conversations around business value, ROI, and transformation
Collaborate with Databricks, AWS, Azure, and GCP partner teams to co-sell and co-create opportunities
Work with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and value propositions
Lead complex deal cycles including RFPs, negotiations, commercials, and closures
Provide market feedback to help shape offerings, accelerators, and industry solutions
Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership
Mentor junior sales leaders and contribute to building a high-performance Data & AI sales culture

Required

12+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with strong focus on Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud platforms
Proven experience selling Databricks solutions (Lakehouse, Data Engineering, ML, AI, Analytics)
Strong track record of closing large, multi-million-dollar deals
Experience working with global system integrators (GSI) or consulting organizations
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and AI/ML use cases

Preferred

Prior experience selling in consulting-led environments
Strong relationships with Databricks field teams and partner ecosystem
Experience selling across BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Technology domains
Exposure to GenAI, ML Ops, Advanced Analytics, and Data Governance solutions
