Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

10+ years of progressive experience in project and/or program management, ideally with some contract or consulting roles

A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Healthcare IT environments

Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale, complex IT projects across diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and public health initiatives

Exceptional command of formal project management methodologies, encompassing planning, risk and issue management, financial oversight, change management, test management, and executive status reporting

Proficiency with at least one enterprise-level Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool such as ServiceNow, Clarity, Planview, or Smartsheets

Familiarity with a range of clinical applications and strong experience with Cerner

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and seamlessly integrate with existing teams

Strong emotional intelligence and proven leadership abilities, capable of fostering collaborative environments with business leaders, clinical stakeholders, and IT teams while ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables

A proactive, self-starter mindset, comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision and taking full ownership of project outcomes

Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects within a hybrid project management framework, skillfully applying both Waterfall (SDLC) and Agile methodologies as appropriate to achieve optimal results

Preferred
