Senior LevelECLARO is looking for a Solution Engineer for their client in the financial industry, which provides a range of services including tax, consulting, and financial advisory. The Solution Engineer will collaborate with business and technology teams to design scalable technology solutions and lead critical technology initiatives such as cloud migrations and application modernization.

Responsibilities
Lead solution design, architecture blueprint on solution design / architecture based on cloud, data, security, Identity & access management, APIs and ERP systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics, HRM
Define technical architecture standards and reference architectures to guide system integrators in implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles
Collaborate with system integrators and Client technology teams to design, develop, and validate deployment architectures
Work directly with business stakeholders and project teams to clearly define solution objectives, functional requirements, and information architecture
Produce technical documentation, solution blueprints, governance artifacts, and project stage-gate deliverables
Provide technical leadership during IT governance reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical feasibility, and organizational standards
Drive technical architecture discussions with IT cross functional groups such as Cyber Security, Data governance, cloud architect, infrastructure and networking teams
Continuously monitor and manage technical risks, provide solutions for resolving technical issues, review and approve change requests, and validate deployment artifacts
Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and documentation of best practices, technical strategies, and recommended solutions
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience as a Solution Architect / Engineer in enterprise technology transformation, infrastructure migrations, application modernization, and cloud-based solutions
Must possess strong knowledge of Azure AI services and AI Architecture best practices
Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive technical documentation and solution blueprints using Enterprise Architecture Tools (preferably, LeanIX)
Familiarity with IT governance processes, architecture review committees, and enterprise architecture frameworks
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify risks and effectively mitigate project issues
