Akkodis is seeking a Security Engineer (Kaseya) for a contract position. The role involves enhancing the security posture and preparing for a SOC 2 Type II audit by implementing and managing Kaseya's toolset for managed services offerings.

Responsibilities

Need some help getting our SOC and security posture in a better position to be able to pass a SOC 2 Type II audit later this year

There are (13) modules where they will need someone to make tools accessible within Kaseya:

Datto RMM-Endpoint management

Rapidfire tools

Uniview-Back ups

Datto EDR-Security

Bullphish ID- Security

VPenTest- Security

RocketCyber- Security

Datto Portal- MSP Enablement

Inky-Security

Autotask- PSA/Service Desk

Dark Web ID- Security

Saas Alerts uRMM Endpoint Management

Graphus- Security

Qualification

KaseyaSOC 2 Type II auditEndpoint managementSecurity tools integrationManaged servicesSoft skills

Required

Experience with Kaseya toolset implementation

Knowledge of SOC 2 Type II audit requirements

Experience in managed services offerings to hospitality organizations

Familiarity with IT management and security software

Ability to integrate multiple IT management functions into a single platform

Experience with endpoint management tools like Datto RMM

Knowledge of security tools such as Datto EDR, Bullphish ID, vPenTest, RocketCyber, Inky, Dark Web ID, and Graphus

Experience with PSA/Service Desk tools like Autotask

Ability to manage backups using Uniview and Datto Portal

Experience with SaaS alerts and uRMM endpoint management
