HR Generalist I
First Tek, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist I to support various HR processes and initiatives. The role involves day-to-day responsibilities such as metrics analysis, talent initiatives, and performance management while liaising with different HR leaders to improve practices and policies.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day responsibilities around HR processes such as metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management
Liaise with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processes
Improve HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Work with leadership to make relevant modifications to new or existing policies and procedures via creation, documentation, & maintenance of standard policies
Partner with HR and functional manager to enhance an environment in which employees are actively engaged in helping to improve the business
Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
Actively engage as a change agent in support of business priorities to build high performing, effective teams
Assist Global Mobility initiatives for Corporate population
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-3 years experience
Bachelor's degree required
Candidate must have recruiting (hourly employees), employee conflict resolutions, and administrative skills
Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items
Preferred
Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience highly desired
