Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate quality assurance (QA) efforts for software and configuration changes

Develop, execute, and document unit and system test cases

Perform customer onboarding and validate partner connectivity for data exchange

Analyze and resolve interface failures and message formatting issues

Participate in technical working sessions with customers and cross-functional IT teams

Create and maintain operational documentation, user guides, and training materials

Identify opportunities to improve interoperability workflows and support processes
