Sales Manager - Med/Surge
Brownmed is seeking a motivated Sales Manager with a strong understanding of the Med/Surge and Contract markets. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing relationships with distributors and sales personnel, and identifying new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Grow sales in the Med/Surge and Contract markets
Develop sales and marketing plans, and exceed sales goals
Strengthen relationships and foster sales growth in hospitals and clinics
Manage distributor relationships using phone, mail, e-mail and personal visits
Manage rep groups and other sales personnel, as requested
Identify and develop new opportunities for growth within the channel
Manage co-op promotion programs in coordination with Marketing team
Manage the development and delivery of orders and other customer inquiries
Manage sales personnel, as requested, including rep groups
Travel to and represent Brownmed at customer offices, trade shows and seminars
Coordinate ongoing sales plans with sales staff
Manage and control sales and expense budgets for Med/Surge market
Prepare and monitor budgets to improve profitability of Brownmed
Coordinate expenses with appropriate staff
Identify new product and business opportunities in the Med/Surge and Contract markets
Communicate cross-functionally to manage the order fulfillment process
Comply with all Brownmed policies as outlined in the Employee Code of Conduct & Culture Guide

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years' of sales experience
Experience managing distributor and sales rep relationships, and CRM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
preferably in medical sales
Knowledge of ISO 9001, CE Mark and FDA a plus
