International Sales Manager
Brownmed is a company focused on developing strong relationships with customers in the international market. They are seeking an International Sales Manager to grow sales, develop sales plans, and manage international distributors while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
Grow sales in the International market
Develop sales plans and exceed sales goals
Initiate, respond to and maintain customer inquiries and relationships using phone, video conference, e-mail and personal visits
Communicate cross-functionally to manage the order fulfillment process
Manage international distributors and brokers
Travel to and represent Brownmed at customer offices, trade shows and seminars
Utilize Salesforce to document sales activities and increase productivity
Manage and control sales and expense budgets for International market
Prepare and monitor budgets to improve profitability of Brownmed
Coordinate expenses with appropriate staff
Identify new product and business opportunities for the International market
Aggressively prospect and close new business opportunities internationally, in both retail and Med-Surge markets
Cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
Comply with all Brownmed policies and guidelines as outlined in the Employee Code of Conduct & Culture Guide
Report to the Director of Med/Surge Sales
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical sales
Experience managing distributor and sales rep relationships, and CRM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of ISO 9001, CE Mark and FDA a plus
