Responsibilities
Support planning, configuration, testing, and rollout of Infor CloudSuite modules across Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM
Execute setup tasks, validate configuration decisions, and resolve issues through go-live and stabilization
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain leaders to capture requirements and convert them into functional specifications
Map current processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and propose optimized workflows leveraging native Infor capabilities
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot assigned Infor ERP modules
Manage helpdesk tickets, resolve user issues, and monitor system performance within defined SLAs
Build and execute test scripts for unit, integration, and UAT cycles
Validate data integrity, workflow functionality, and system readiness throughout migration and implementation phases
Partner with IT and development teams to ensure seamless data flow between Infor CloudSuite, Holy Name’s Harmony EHR, and third-party vendor systems
Assist with interface validation, error resolution, and ongoing data reconciliation
Maintain accurate documentation, including workflows, configuration decisions, and functional requirements
Deliver training and user-friendly guides to support adoption and improve system proficiency across departments
Continually evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve operational efficiency through Infor’s toolset
Develop and optimize reports and dashboards using Infor reporting tools (Birst/Infor BI, Analytics Designer, Spreadsheet Designer, SQL, etc.)
Create data extracts and custom queries to support KPI tracking, audits, budgeting, and executive decision-making
Ensure data accuracy, diagnose inconsistencies, and collaborate with business units to address root-cause issues
Act as the organization’s Infor analytics expert, enabling self-service reporting and fostering a data-driven culture

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
Proven experience as an ERP Analyst required
Prior involvement in cloud-based ERP implementations or major system upgrades required
Experience with Infor CloudSuite, Lawson, or other Infor platforms required
Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and/or HCM workflows within a healthcare environment
Proficiency with SQL and common reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Infor BI)
Familiarity with integration workflows, data exchange concepts, and system interoperability
Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts with a bias toward action
Clear communicator capable of translating between technical teams and business stakeholders
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple competing priorities
Collaborative, resourceful, and eager to enhance operational processes through technology
Preferred
ERP Analyst experience within healthcare industry preferred
