Responsibilities
Developing, testing, and improving CNC machining processes
Programming CNC machines
Setting up and troubleshooting machinery
Ensuring the highest standards of precision and efficiency are met
Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams
Optimizing machining strategies
Providing technical support to address production challenges effectively
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in CNC programming, machine setups, and operation techniques
Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and mechanical design principles
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve equipment and process issues
Familiarity with quality standards, including ISO 13485:2016 and ITAR compliance
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration aptitude with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Relevant industry experience or certifications in CNC machining and programming are advantageous
