Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Required

Bilingual in Spanish/English
Strong background in recruitment
Experience in the construction industry
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience hiring construction resources including Tower Technicians, Civil Ground Crews, Construction Field Managers, Construction Project Managers
Experience sourcing skilled labor roles
Comfortable carrying 15+ req load with priorities which shift weekly
Strong sourcer who can share examples of using creative approaches to fill niche roles; expert with Boolean searching
Skilled using Facebook postings and Craigslist for specialized roles
