Talent Acquisition Professional

Responsibilities
Partner with Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs and align on recruitment strategies
Conduct intake/strategy calls and establish role-specific selection criteria
Source talent via multiple online platforms, professional networks, and responses to job postings
Manage the interview process, including screenings, assessments, and on-site interviews
Review and assess candidate profiles using the Avature ATS
Support Hiring Managers in developing high-quality job descriptions and interview guides
Plan, organize, and attend hiring events and career fairs
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, talent communities, and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar recruiting functions
Strong proficiency in sourcing tools, databases, and social/professional networks (LinkedIn, Factory Fix, etc.)
Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, diverse interview techniques, and evaluation methods
Working knowledge of ATS platforms; experience with Avature is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to navigate and recruit across various functions in a matrixed organizational environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field preferred
