Auto-Chlor System is dedicated to fostering a people-first culture that encourages collaboration and recognition. They are seeking a Junior Network Engineer to provide daily IT operation support, maintain network infrastructure, and resolve user issues while working closely with senior engineers.

Responsibilities

Handles daily tier one support from end users and generate tickets
Organizes daily support tickets and completes them in a timely manner
Applies OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis
Maintains operational, configuration, or other procedures
Troubleshoots malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services
Complete assignments provided by Senior Engineer in a timely manner
Follows procedure to maintain user accounts per request
Performs daily routine checking on servers and services
Performs on call role to provide 24/7 support to end users
Occasionally assists higher-level Network Engineers to design and test system architecture and software packages

Qualification

TCP/IPMicrosoft Windows ADCISCO equipmentFORTINET equipmentCommand lineEnd user supportSelf-motivatedTeam oriented

Required

Knowledge Familiar with Microsoft Window AD environment or similar Directory Service
Basic experience with command line (DOS and Unix-like shell)
Knowledge in TCP/IP, VPN, RDP, and other network protocols
Experience with end user support
Ability to evaluate software package and plan for deployment
Self-motivated and team oriented
0-3 years' experience in related field

Preferred

Knowledge in CISCO and FORTINET network equipment would be a plus
B.S. in Computer Science or related field preferred
