Lead a team of car wash technicians to ensure that every vehicle was washed to perfection
Develop and implement new car wash procedures and techniques to improve efficiency and quality
Manage inventory and ensure that supplies were stocked and used correctly
Maintain the equipment and make sure it was running at peak efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction
Manage the finances of the car wash, ensuring we stayed within budget and remained profitable
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs
Qualification
Required
Have a passion for cars and keeping them in top shape
Have strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide your team toward success
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can make decisions under pressure
