Advise clients on Auto, Home, and other P&C insurance products
Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs
Build lasting relationships through service and transparency
Meet and exceed performance goals with the full backing of our leadership team
Qualification
Required
Active 220 or 2044 license (Florida preferred, or non-resident license eligible)
Experience with Allstate, State Farm, Progressive, Farmers, USAA, or AAA is a plus
Coachable, competitive, and customer-focused
Strong communication and organizational skills
Available to work 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST
