Responsibilities
Review and validate customer accounts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Axapta for accuracy
Confirm the presence and correctness of tax ID information for each account
Conduct professional outreach to customers to request missing W-9 forms
Update CRM records and complete alignment steps according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain accurate records while handling confidential customer information
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and ERP systems (Axapta a plus)
Previous experience reviewing, auditing, or validating customer information (2-5 years)
Standard data entry skills (CRM, Excel, email)
Professional communication skills for phone and email interactions with customers
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly
Experience with CRM data management and auditing processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfort with customer outreach and professional correspondence
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, adhering to EST work hours
