Responsibilities

Conducting thorough inspections using manual, visual, and attribute methods

Expertly recording data and generating Non-Conformance reports to communicate findings to relevant parties

Maintain part integrity and safety during inspections

Mentoring fellow Quality Technicians in best practices and dimensional verification

Operate critical equipment like CMMs, Vision systems, and Form tracers

Performing data reviews on collected DCC data

Pulling relevant defect tracking and dimensional reports from our database

Collaborating with our team to address quality issues and develop effective inspection procedures

Ensuring that all gauges used in the inspection process are properly verified, maintained, and calibrated
