Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Core CRM to enhance marketing
Optimize campaign objects and page layouts to support efficient operations
Lead initiatives for building integrations and enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise goals and platform requirements
Mentor and guide teams in Agile, DevOps, and Reliability practices, fostering continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and CRM solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design complex systems and software integration patterns
Proficient in managing large-scale Salesforce projects and articulating complex concepts
Excellent communication skills for presenting technical documentation to high-level management
Preferred
Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
Experience with Distributed Marketing within Salesforce Core CRM
Knowledge of Kafka topics, containerized Java applications, and enterprise integration services
