Winter Construction is hiring a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join their SPACES Division, leading interiors, renovation, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation projects across Metro Atlanta. The role involves managing multiple fast-paced projects, overseeing project delivery, financials, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery from preconstruction through close-out on interiors and special projects

Manage multiple fast-paced projects or scopes simultaneously

Build, update, and maintain project schedules; sequence work and proactively resolve conflicts

Lead subcontractor buyout, contract execution, and ongoing subcontractor management

Own project financials including budgets, forecasts, pay applications, and change orders

Coordinate RFIs, submittals, document control, and contract compliance

Partner with Superintendents to uphold safety and quality standards on job sites

Serve as the primary client contact; lead meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations

Mentor Project Engineers and ensure alignment with Winter’s processes and standards

Required

Local to Metro Atlanta or willing to relocate

Majority of recent experience with a commercial general contractor

Experience managing commercial projects in one or more of the following markets: Education, Municipal, Class A Office, Retail, Adaptive Reuse, or Historic Preservation

Experience as Lead PM on commercial interior or renovation projects valued at $2M+

Comfortable managing multiple smaller projects or fast-paced scopes concurrently

Experience creating and managing project schedules (any format)

Prior experience managing at least one direct report
