The Residential HVAC Lead Installer will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, building customer relationships, and maintaining equipment and workspaces.

Responsibilities
Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems to manufacture specifications per code
Startup and troubleshooting a variety of residential HVAC systems
Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations
Performs related work as assigned
Keep your work truck and trailer clean and stocked
On call rotation for weekends
Qualification
Required
At least three (3) years Residential HVAC Installation experience as a lead
EPA Universal Certification
Valid Driver's License with no major infractions in the last five (5) years
Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
