Program Manager, Inception and Connect Offer Partnerships

Responsibilities
Build and scale the Offer Partner Program, enhancing existing offers, and expanding the program to bring relevant new offers to the Inception and Connect programs. Lead the strategic execution across NCPs, CSPs, and startup/ISV partners. This includes qualification, approvals, and performance tracking
Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle: Define and track important metrics for offer quality and utilization, monitor churn risks, conduct performance reviews, and drive renewal or sunsetting decisions
Drive operational excellence in onboarding: Own and streamline the partner onboarding process—including form intake, legal validation, and asset collection—to accelerate time-to-launch and improve partner happiness
Instrument data-sharing and reporting: Implement frameworks across NVIDIA and external partners to enable referrals and report on funnel health, benefit utilization, and technology adoption insights
Coordinate cross-functional launches: Lead quarterly benefit publishing cycles, collaborating with Legal, Marketing, and Systems/Salesforce teams to maintain a steady beat of new member value
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations, preferably within a startup or high-growth technology environment
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ecosystem Knowledge: A deep passion for the AI startup landscape and a firm understanding of how cloud partnerships (CSPs/NCPs) drive developer offtake
Operational Mastery: Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and building systems that standardize inefficient processes
Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; a strong listener who can translate ambiguous business needs into concrete technical actions
Collaborator Management: Proven ability to influence internal teams and lead external-facing partner engagements with integrity and tact
Technical Tooling: Proficiency with CRM and project management tools, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and Jira (or similar platforms)

AI for Operations: Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools to streamline internal workflows and program operations
Data Architecture: Experience building or managing third-party data-sharing processes and systems that bridge disparate partner ecosystems
