Responsibilities

Manage collections and follow-ups for assigned accounts
Investigate and resolve customer disputes, claims, and deductions (Fortune 500 experience preferred)
Apply payments and adjust accounts accurately
Analyze invoices and ensure contract compliance
Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours

Qualification

Accounts Receivable experienceDispute resolution skillsAnalytical skillsAdvanced ExcelAccounting software (Oracle)Bachelor’s degree in AccountingCommunication skills

Required

3–5 years of AR or collections experience in a high-volume environment
Strong dispute resolution and analytical skills
Intermediate to Advanced Excel required
Excellent communication skills

Preferred

Fortune 500 experience preferred
Experience with accounting software (Oracle preferred) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
