Assisting clients with day-to-day functionality and efficiency
Providing IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices at the designated location
Configuring, installing, and maintaining computer software and peripheral systems for users
Identifying, managing, and resolving issues promptly (within SLA)
Responding to customer requests effectively and communicating to address issues
Updating user information in the organizational system
Updating user access for IT applications for new and current employees
Familiarity with updating the ITSM on incidents and requests, and maintaining the mapping of assets to end users in the ITSM tool
Knowledge of LAN and WAN
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
Conducting manual inventory as needed
Performing lift and shift tasks
Qualification
Required
2 years experience
