Responsibilities
Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional standards
Author Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design engaging learning activities, and address operational challenges
Deliver consistent, practical feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
Personally coach a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced motivational and coaching techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related discipline
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems
Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with ability to recruit, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics for decision-making and iterative improvement
Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
