Responsibilities

Lead complex SAP S/4HANA and PLM projects, including greenfield implementations, upgrades, and integrations with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering systems

Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, risk registers, and executive-level reporting

Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and achievement of KPIs

Drive organizational change management to maximize business readiness and solution adoption

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentor project teams to achieve high performance

Required

10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a proven track record leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA and PLM initiatives

Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) and PLM platforms (Siemens Teamcenter, SAP PLM, PTC Windchill)

Experience managing full project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare

Strong background in technology infrastructure delivery, especially cloud-based and hybrid solutions

Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and executive reporting skills

Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as PMP, Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

Preferred

Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations, multi-site deployments, and integration with PLM and manufacturing execution systems

Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or SAP S/4HANA

Background in regulated industries (manufacturing, food & beverage, life sciences)

Expertise in organizational change management and business process reengineering
