Responsibilities
Review legal case files across different areas of civil litigation to assess compliance with funding criteria and regulatory expectations
Conduct audits of ongoing and completed cases to identify any risks, anomalies, or procedural issues
Collaborate with borrower relations, underwriting, and finance teams to evaluate the completeness and viability of cases
Communicate with law firms to clarify inconsistencies, highlight missing information, and ensure audit findings are actioned
Contribute to the development and refinement of internal audit processes and checklists
Stay informed of changes in the legal landscape that may impact funding eligibility or case progression
