Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the overall deployment roadmap
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify readiness gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies
Design and implement change plans covering communications, training, adoption metrics, and reinforcement activities
Partner with leadership and business owners to drive alignment, sponsorship, and engagement across impacted teams
Proactively manage resistance to change and support teams through transition periods
