Lead and manage multiple geotechnical projects across PA & Mid-Atlantic
Handle full project lifecycle: proposals, risk assessments, technical design, and field oversight
Serve as primary client liaison and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality deliverables
Support business development with technical expertise in proposals
Qualification
Required
Active PE license in PA (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
10+ years geotechnical design & project management experience (5+ in senior/lead role)
BS in Civil Engineering (MS in Geotechnical preferred)
Proficiency with Slope/W, Settle3, LPILE, PLAXIS, GeoStudio, AutoCAD, MS Office
Strong knowledge of Mid-Atlantic subsurface conditions (karst, glacial till, shale, coal seams)
