Graduate RFIC Engineering Intern/Co-Op

Responsibilities
Co-design high efficiency mm-Wave Power Amplifiers
Document and present design process effectively
EM-simulate passive RF structures in HFSS
Evaluate and characterize power amplifier prototypes
Assist in the development of automated test lab equipment for lab measurements
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a Ph.D. or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be available to work an average of 40 hours per week for the Fall 2025, Spring 2026, and/or Summer 2026 Term
A minimum GPA of 3.0
On-site required - Atlanta, GA
Preferred
Hands-on experience designing mmWave power amplifiers or other RF front-end circuits
Graduate-level education focused on RF/microwave integrated circuit design (CMOS, GaAs, or GaN)
Proficiency with industry-standard RF simulation tools (e.g., Keysight ADS, GoldenGate, Momentum, SpectreRF, HFSS)
Strong understanding of linear and non-linear circuit analysis for RFIC/MMIC blocks, including power amplifiers
Familiarity with RF transceiver architectures and modern communication standards
Experience designing or characterizing circuits in frequency bands including GSM, Ku-, K-, and Ka-band
Skilled in RF measurements using equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and signal generators
Strong communication skills and ability to present data clearly
Team player with curiosity and motivation to learn
