Qualification
Required
Candidates must possess a dual certification, including a current 40-hour CRMA and PSS or CNA
Ability and willingness to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, staff, supervisors, residents and their families
Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in the execution of job duties including ability to identify matters which are confidential in nature, and to keep them confidential
Must be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Requires proficiency in spoken and written English
Ability to understand and respond to residents' needs and inquiries in English is required
Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required
