Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of approximately 30-40 wage & hour and PAGA matters after onboarding
Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery
Take and defend depositions
Appear at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
5+ years of California wage & hour employment litigation experience
Strong litigation fundamentals, including discovery, motion practice, and depositions
Desire to focus long-term on wage & hour and PAGA litigation
Active California Bar license
Ability to work remotely within California with occasional travel
This role is best suited for attorneys trained in firm-based litigation environments
Preferred
Plaintiff-side or employment defense experience accepted
