New Business Coordinator
Advisors Excel is a fast paced, innovative company that seeks to service independent financial advisors in a multitude of areas within their business. As a New Business Coordinator, you will assist with inputting information, assuring accuracy, and providing timely assistance to financial advisors during the application process.

Responsibilities
Input, review and submit all incoming life applications
Order attending physician statements and medical exams
Work closely with our licensing team to ensure our producers are licensed and have completed their required training
Open, track, and distribute all mail for the life department
Qualification
Required
Outstanding communication skills
Time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member
Detail oriented, focused on quality in all aspects of your work
PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once
Preferred
Prior experience working in life insurance industry
Previous customer service experience
