Responsibilities
Review and audit real-world GitHub issues, pull requests, and test cases written in Rust
Analyze open-source Rust codebases to assess code quality, correctness, and maintainability
Evaluate bug fixes, feature changes, and test coverage for use in AI model evaluation
Apply strong code review judgment to identify edge cases, regressions, and design flaws
Interpret and triage real-world issue reports and PR discussions from GitHub repositories
Support evaluation of AI systems designed to reason about and fix code across language ecosystems
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Rust
Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects with real-world bug fixes
Demonstrated experience reviewing code in large-scale, collaborative GitHub repositories
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and unit/integration testing practices
Ability to read, interpret, and evaluate real-world issue reports and pull requests
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, short-term project environment
