Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs in apartments and common areas
Respond to maintenance requests from residents in a timely manner
Maintain inventory of supplies and tools needed for maintenance tasks
Assist in the upkeep of the property grounds and facilities
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance issues
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
$50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked
