Responsibilities
Develop and sustain dynamic three-statement financial models for every school and vertical — connecting enrollment projections, staffing plans, and capital expenditures into a unified forecast framework
Refresh rolling 12 to 18 month forecasts on a weekly basis with current data, and scenario-test potential upside and downside outcomes
Create executive dashboards powered by live data feeds — surfacing critical levers and supporting confident, day-to-day decision-making
Leverage AI and automation to identify anomalies, monitor variances, and remove spreadsheet friction from finance workflows
Author concise memos summarizing financial exposure, strategic alternatives, and budgetary trade-offs — prepared to board-ready standards within 72 hours
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred)
Based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship
Available to travel approximately 25% of the time to U.S.-based campuses
3 to 6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, Big 4 corporate finance or M&A (excluding audit), or high-growth FP&A roles
Demonstrated ability to build integrated three-statement models aligned with U.S. GAAP
Capable of producing investor-grade financial analysis and strategic recommendations on tight timelines
Active daily user of AI and automation platforms (such as GPT, Klair, Syft, Retool, or NetSuite automations)
Preferred
Hands-on ERP experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
Knowledge of multi-location education, facilities management, or operationally intensive sectors
Background in board-level financial reporting or investor-facing deliverables
History of designing AI-driven dashboards or low-code financial tools
Prior work in premium service environments with rigorous financial discipline
