UW Credit Union is a growing financial institution looking to hire Part-Time Tellers for their new Pewaukee branch. In this role, you will handle teller transactions, build relationships with members, and recommend products that align with their financial goals.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist members at our Pewaukee branch, representing UW Credit Union
Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services
Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line
Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures
Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members
Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate
Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations
Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs

Qualification

Customer serviceHigh School DiplomaAutonomous workInterpersonal skillsTeam player

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed
Ability to work in an autonomous environment
