Responsibilities

Perform testing of electronic components and assemblies using automated test equipment

Assemble electromechanical subassemblies and finished devices as required

Read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions accurately

Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and detailed test procedures

Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes

Maintain accurate device history records and quality documentation for traceability

Prioritize and sequence tasks based on production requirements and deadlines

Support quality management systems, environmental management systems, and regulatory initiatives

Comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and standard operating procedures

Follow all environmental, health, and safety policies and department-specific requirements

Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with electronic assembly and testing in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and follow detailed procedures and technical documentation

Ability to work onsite on a first-shift schedule in a production setting

Preferred

Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments

Experience troubleshooting, building, or testing electronic or electromechanical assemblies

Familiarity with quality systems and regulated manufacturing practices

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, and light lifting as required
