Associate Broker - Commercial Real Estate
Northmarq is a unique capital markets resource for commercial real estate investors, and they are seeking a motivated individual to join their team as an Associate Broker. This role involves engaging in prospecting, collaborating with marketing teams, and building relationships within the commercial real estate sector, specifically in retail investment sales.
Real Estate Investment
Responsibilities
Engage in prospecting through cold calling and utilizing various resources to identify new leads
Research new leads to uncover, identify and connect within target markets
Collaborate with the marketing and analytics team to create tailored proposals
Participate in client meetings and presentations
List and promote retail investment properties
Cultivate relationships with influential decision-makers
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of investment sales transaction experience
Currently holds a Salesperson/Broker license or is willing to begin process to obtain one within 30 days of starting
Demonstrated self-motivation and a willingness to exceed expectations
Proficiency in critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in research
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele
Strong work ethic coupled with a drive for excellence
Strong client service mindset
Preferred
Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is advantageous but not obligatory
