Responsibilities

Leading adaptive reading sessions that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension

Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading

Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve instruction and identify meaningful trends

Partnering with engineering teams to test and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

Qualification

Advanced reading certificationExperience in reading interventionsAssessing reading levelsUsing AI platformsDifferentiated instruction

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)

A minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students

Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-packaged curricula

Comfortable using AI and adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Able to work on-site at one of our locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
